Pinetop Resort — Terms & Conditions
Please review these terms before confirming your reservation. By booking with Pinetop Resort, you agree to comply with the policies below.
1. Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% advance payment.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in.
- Bookings without an advance payment are tentative and may be released without notice.
- Guests must provide accurate details for booking and entry clearance, including full name, CNIC/Passport number, car registration number, and contact number.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
- If the resort cancels a confirmed booking, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 1:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Conduct & Safety
- Guests must comply with all resort rules and staff instructions.
- Swimming in Khanpur Dam is strictly prohibited.
- Night visits to the lake are not permitted for safety reasons.
- Bonfires are allowed only with prior approval from resort management.
- The resort prioritizes families and maintains a calm, disturbance-free environment; guests causing public disturbance may be asked to leave without a refund.
5. Foreign Guests
Foreign nationals must present a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Interior, Pakistan, prior to booking or check-in.
6. Power & Utilities
- The resort does not operate diesel generators to preserve the natural environment.
- A solar system provides daytime backup. During nighttime outages, only lights and fans are supported via battery backup.
7. Parking & Liability
- Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests.
- The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
8. Security & Identification
- All guests must present valid ID at check-in.
- One member from each group must submit their ID at the security gate for clearance.
- Guests should provide an estimated arrival time when booking to facilitate security processing.
9. Damage & Liability Policy
- Guests are responsible for the care of resort property, fixtures, and amenities during their stay.
- Any damage, loss, or excessive soiling caused by guests will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement as determined by management.
- Removal of resort property (including but not limited to towels, linens, decorative items, and equipment) is strictly prohibited and will result in charges and possible legal action.
- The resort reserves the right to recover costs for damages prior to guest departure or by charging the payment method on file.
10. Resort Rights
- Pinetop Resort reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or remove guests who do not comply with these terms.
- Management decisions regarding safety, security, and guest conduct are final.
