Reservations are confirmed only upon receiving a 50% advance payment.
Balance payment must be made at the time of check-in.
Without advance payment, bookings are considered tentative and may be canceled.
Guests must provide accurate personal details (full name, ID card number, Car Registration Number, contact number, etc.) for booking and entry permits.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before arrival are eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Pinetop Resort reserves the right to cancel any booking. In such cases, the advance payment will be fully refunded.

Guests must follow all resort rules and staff instructions.
Swimming in Khanpur Dam is strictly prohibited.
Night visits to the lake are not allowed for safety reasons.
Bonfires are permitted only with prior approval from hotel staff.
Families are given priority, and the resort maintains a safe and secure environment with no public disturbance.
All foreign guests are required to present a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Interior, Pakistan, before booking.
The resort does not use generators to preserve the natural environment.
A solar system provides daytime backup. At night, only lights and fans are supported through battery backup during electricity outages.
Free on-site parking is available for guests.
Pinetop Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
All guests must present valid ID at check-in.
One guest from each family is required to submit their ID at the security gate.
For security clearance, guests must inform the resort of their arrival time when booking.
Pinetop Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings in case of non-compliance with these terms.
Management decisions regarding safety, security, and guest conduct are final.
