2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Guests must provide accurate and complete information, including identity details (ID card number, name, phone number, and vehicle registration number).

• A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm a reservation.

• Guests must inform the resort of their arrival time during booking. Failure to do so may result in delays at the security gate.

• Walk-in guests without prior booking will not be accommodated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit.

• If no deposit was made in advance, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

• If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the full amount of the first night’s stay may be charged.

• Pinetop Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time. In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within seven (7) business days.

4. Use of Services

• Guests must behave respectfully towards other guests and staff.

• Any damage to property may result in additional charges.

• The resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Guests must comply with resort policies, including restrictions on lake access at night, swimming, and bonfires without staff approval.

5. Security and Entry Permits

• Guests must provide their CNIC, name, car registration number, and contact details at the security gate.

• One guest from each family must submit their ID at the security gate.

• Foreign guests must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Ministry of Interior before booking their stay.

• The resort manages entry permits before arrival.

6. Electricity and Power Backup

• The resort operates on a solar power system for daytime backup.

• In case of an electricity outage at night, only lights and fans will have battery backup.

• Guests are advised to make necessary arrangements for any additional power needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Pinetop Resort is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• The resort is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haripur.

9. Modifications to Terms

Pinetop Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take immediate effect upon publication.

10. Cookies Policy
